Melkote Utsav is a celebration of culture, compassion, and community action, bringing together people from all walks of life to create meaningful impact.
Melkote Utsav began as a small community gathering and has grown into a transformative annual event that combines cultural celebration with social impact initiatives.
Each year, we bring together volunteers, donors, and community members to address pressing local needs while honoring the rich cultural heritage of Melkote.
The festival serves as a platform for education, awareness, and direct action—creating lasting change in the lives of thousands.

Nestled in the Mandya district of Karnataka, Melkote is a historic temple town known for its rich cultural heritage, traditional crafts, and architectural marvels.
The town is home to the ancient Cheluvanarayana Swamy Temple, a significant pilgrimage site dating back to the 12th century, and the Academy of Sanskrit Research, which preserves ancient manuscripts and promotes Sanskrit education.
Melkote is also renowned for its traditional handloom weaving, particularly the Melkote Panche (dhoti) with its distinctive temple border design, and for puliyogare (tamarind rice), a local culinary specialty.

Supporting in Setup of a 3rd library at Melukote after support with library books to Janapada Seva trust & Moraji Desai Residential School Uligere.
This time we will be setting up at Nook Centre - a community learning space with 1000+ Library books, fostering education and knowledge sharing, in collaboration with Project Defy,Puttannaiah foundation and Maharani college
Distributing 10,000 sanitary pads and conducting awareness workshops for local girls and women.
Providing 1,500 notebooks to 4 government schools for the academic year 2025-26, supporting education for children in Remote areas.
After Completing our First documentary film on Abandoned Babies, we will now be doing 2nd Documentary film on Dhanushkodi rock clean up led by Dr.Rashmi Jeta and team who have won Several awards on international platform for the documentary film done by them on social causes
Affectionate hands team Led by Suhaib,Hema,Jaya& Rashmi have successfully completed an abandoned baby's project at Janapada Seva trust- Melukote. In This project we did an artistic Painting of the baby's room, Water proofing, Flooring, window Mesh & provided the centre with essential toys & clothes
Along with Puttanaiah foundation & Explore Nation team we look to clean the names written at Dhanushkodi rock by using non corrosive materials. With this initiative we look to inspire the young generation to take up small initiatives like this at tourist places
